Dave was the Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of Twistle, leading all product development and engineering activities for over ten years prior to Twistle being acquired by Health Catalyst. Before starting Twistle, Dave was Director of Information Systems at Albany Medical Center in New York. Dave is a software engineer at heart. For over twenty years, has built and led software development initiatives across healthcare and educational technology sectors. He is passionate about finding the perfect intersection between engineering excellence and delivering business value. Innovation has always been a central theme of Dave’s work, and he encourages team members to look for novel ways to continuously raise the bar and unlock hidden potential. Dave holds a BS in Information Systems from SUNY Empire State College.

Tim Zenger is a seasoned leader with a wealth of experience in the healthcare industry. Tim currently serves as the Vice President of Market Insights at Health Catalyst, where he utilizes his expertise to help drive business growth and strategic decision-making. Before joining Health Catalyst, Tim served as an executive at KLAS Research, where he oversaw research operations and led consulting services. Through his work, Tim gained invaluable insights into market landscapes, competitive dynamics, and customer experiences, all of which have contributed to his reputation as a thought leader in the healthcare industry. With a background in investment banking at Goldman Sachs and Piper Sandler, Tim is no stranger to the world of finance. He is skilled in building and maintaining risk models for secondary fixed-income and public finance securities, bringing a unique perspective to his role at Health Catalyst. Over the years, Tim has conducted hundreds of long-form qualitative interviews and directed dozens of quantitative studies, making him a master of research and analysis. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Utah and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Brigham Young University.
