Reducing clinical variation is hard—especially without burning out teams or sacrificing personalized care. Lifepoint Health found the balance, cutting unwarranted variation to improve outcomes and lower costs across its diverse hospital network. In this session, Dr. Raj Agarwal, VP of Clinical Transformation at Lifepoint, joins Kevin Freeman, Chief Commercial Officer at Health Catalyst, for a candid conversation about how it happened, what they learned, and what others can take from their journey. This session will demystify how organizations of any size can go beyond the EHR, leverage healthcare-ready infrastructure, and move from reporting to results.
