Many healthcare organizations have invested heavily in analytics tools and dashboards—but struggle to demonstrate consistent, measurable value from their insights. Common challenges include unclear success criteria, slow insight generation, and a lack of sustained measurement after project completion.
Join Baylor Scott & White Health and Health Catalyst to explore how the Value Achievement Program helps healthcare leaders overcome these barriers by connecting analytics efforts directly to measurable outcomes. Together, we’ll share how this structured framework was implemented to:
- Define success upfront with clear value statements and KPIs
- Align stakeholders around shared definitions of “value” across clinical, financial, and operational domains
- Accelerate insight generation through standardization and automation
- Close the loop with ongoing tracking of sustained impact
Discover how Baylor Scott & White Health is driving measurable improvement—and how your organization can do the same.
