New Accreditation and Quality Measure reports have recently been added to CRStar. The new reports can be found under the Enhanced Reporting tab, followed by Accreditation Reports, and Quality Measures. They show performance rates for each measure and provide a list of patients that reveal concordance or non-concordance or that may require additional review.
Quality Measures can be produced as individual reports or in groups of reports for CoC, NAPBC, or NAPRC measures. Additionally, all measures can be run at one time. As with the previous Quality Measure report, when a report is created, the software auto-selects a population that allows the user to generate additional custom reports and graphs on that population for further analysis.
The reports may be generated for the user’s entire database, individual facilities, or in groups. Additionally, the user can select any date range desired. In a multi-hospital database, the user may choose to include or exclude shared primaries. See below for an example of the output. When the user clicks on a specific report, as in the example of the RECRTCT measure, the patient list will display on the screen. Users may also select the export to Excel option.
To learn more about how to use these reports in CRStar, users can read the Insight “New Accreditation and Quality Measure Reports” located in the Reporting section on the Resource Page. The Resource Page can be accessed via the Help module in the CRStar Cancer Registry Platform. For assistance with the new Accreditation and Quality Measure reports, please submit a support ticket and a member of our team will be happy to assist.
Stay tuned for more exciting enhancements!
